Who
We Are
We are Jake and Elisabeth, the couple behind Art Not Ads.
The idea for this project came from living in a world where we’re constantly surrounded by advertising—billboards, bus stops, bathroom stalls, televisions. Everywhere we looked, someone was trying to sell us something.
One day we asked: what if this space wasn’t for ads? What if it was for art?
That question became Art Not Ads.
We’re replacing ads with art. Every penny we raise goes toward paying artists, buying ad space, and covering only the basic costs to keep the project alive.
We don’t take a cent out, and we share every dollar we spend transparently.
